Can I share some BIG excitement with y'all? I've been expanding and evolving the work with Afro Yoga and created a new Ma'at Kollection out of my love and inspiration for Kemetic Yoga which I got certified to teach in Feb 2020.
That Ma’at Kollection will be the first of it’s kind, bridging the gap between that past, present and future through ancient wisdom as modern practice.
I've added utility to each piece — meaning, this Kollection goes beyond a purchase, it gives you members-only access to the Ancient Future Society, a private community of wisdom and wellness seekers. YOGA ABROAD

I don’t know about y’all, but working abroad (or at least remotely) sounds more and more appealing every day.
It does take some courage to step out, sign up to live in a country you’ve never been in or just do something radically different than the people around you.
I say, there’s not one leap of faith I’ve taken that I’ve regretted. As scared as I might have been to take it. When you take bold action in alignment with your true desires, the universe seems to open up and guide your path.
While I don’t believe in escapism, I think looking at teaching yoga abroad is an option in reducing the amount of trauma we’re constantly exposed to while giving us an opportunity to really LIVE LIFE, and not just work to survive.

Sidenote: Can we normalize reposting old content that's still hella fire and relevant? Not only does repurposing our work increase sustainability as entrepreneurs, our new followers probably haven't seen it and our existing community will likely appreciate the reminder.
Give your old gems some new shine. Everybody wins and that's out motto over here.

This is a space to be seen, celebrated and honored for all that you are today and have the potential to be tomorrow.
It’s a space filled with love, support, empowering knowledge and wisdom from our Kemetic ancestors.
It’s a community of like-minded people interested in choosing themselves and reclaiming rest, wellness and joy.
I created this platform to change the lives of others not knowing how much my own life would change. I wake up every day with immense gratitude that who I am gets to collide so beautifully with what I do and who I serve.
