Swamp Rails! Swamp Rails was created by me, owner Chris Kelly (A.K.A. Swamp), in August 2011. They are also a lot cheaper than citations. Trust me I have about 20.
I had a dream that kids always get kicked out of all the good skate/bike spots so I figured that I can bring the handrail to them at a way cheaper price than stores. All the rails are hand made and hand painted to ensure the best quality. As a welder I only use the best cold rolled steel and slickest paint.
