Doing StressLess Virtual workouts since 2020. This Grandma can OUT BURPEE me anytime. She is fit and healthy and has lived life for that purpose long before working out with StressLess Workouts. But we were able to provide the right WEEKLY programming and cut out the hard-core unnecessary workouts that have youbspinning your wheels. This was her result ππΌ.
New workouts are posted weekly, and we have over 400 workouts online to choose from. Do them whenever and wherever you are.
Most are under 30 mins.
Many are 20 mins.
Bodyweight.
Heavy weighted lifts.
Light weights.
Stretch workouts
Modifications given for neck, back and shoulder issues. You've got them, we can train around them and help strengthen.
You do NOT need to do 45-60 minute workouts 3-5 days a week. You need to do workouts that help your body be strong, not broken down. You need workouts that allow for recovery and metabolic health.

Yes, some times weight comes back for people...that is called LIFE. It will fluctuate as life throws you curveballs. But the beauty is you have the KNOWLEDGE that you need to do it. Or the knowledge that you need a coach to kickstart the process again.
Or you just keep going and feeling amazing forever. I don't expect ANYONE to keep the exactly same body forever. I don't π€·ββοΈ. But when you know what you can achieve, it sure helps get there again.

Why not? Because it is hard and you don't want to do the hard things. But maybe you should?
I believe you can.
Consistency over and over again will give you the results.
And THAT'S βπΌwhy this is the last group cycle of the StressLess Nutrition Method membership for 2023. Consistency OVER TIME. If I only coached you for 7 weeks, that isn't enough time to get the true benefit of good nutrition and workouts. You want results, you have to want to give it the right amount of time. Set your expectation to be realistic. So we're heading into 2024 NOW.
Give me your time and I'll give you the results.

2 things about me/my brainππΌ
( It's the aftermath of a tropical storm in CA so it's gray outside. Here is some color and one ofnmy favorite pictures by )
1) I hate rain on my skin, it feels creepy crawly and makes me feel uncomfortable..... but I grew up living in South East Asia until my freshman year so HOT rain brings me lots of joy π
2) I throw myself into ideas, complete them and then forget I did it.
I'm an "out of sight out of mind" person. (adhd-impulsive-hyperfocus related apparently? I learn the 'whys' about myself a lot now!)....
2 projects are done and ready for you and just sitting there! (One for 3 months π€¦ββοΈ):
