This week Adam and I are working on converting a loft into a bedroom in Rancho Cordova, we had to get a building Permit and a fire Permit.

Adam and I did a hardwood floor repair last week, but I forgot to get a picture after the stain and urethane.

Adam and I were working on removing dry rotted trim boards and installing new primed trim boards, caulking and then touch up painting.

Adam and I are working on priming and painting today...

Adam and I masked off and put down drop cloths, then sprayed the acoustic ceilings with primer. Let it dry. Then sprayed the acoustic ceilings with Kelly Moore Swiss Coffee. I forgot to take a picture of the difference between the acoustical ceilings in the living room and the dining area.

Adam and I were sanding, priming and painting some doors yesterday.
