When you start seeing result you can’t ignore taking a selfie!!!

Back @ it! Man it’s been 3 years since I was diagnose with kidney failure it took me 3 years to pull myself from this negative slump that has affected my life but thanks to families & friends for pulling me out of that negative place that my mind was in. Instead of feeling down let’s get down & pick up some weights & feel good about myself again if I die I’ll die looking good then!!!! Let’s go! No excuses!!!

Well be back soon! I promise that. Recovering & healing as of now!

30 lbs down & still counting!!! Way to go!

The food that are good for you are too expensive while the food that are bad are cheap no wonder why people gain so much weight & have all these problem, but I am great full for YORHealth products that help me keep my lean figure & stay where I want to be at with exercise, a great meal plan, & proper nutrition nothing is impossible....
