Something about the color going to the gym and leaving just makes a workout better. They say it’s an aggressive color which might explain it. Today was a good bodybuilding workout, giving my legs a break and trust they need it. My body might be tired but it’s at these points where you knock that barrier down to progress! I am definitely feeling and seeing the change and it’s worth it!
