I'm back!!! It's been awhile since I've been here on my page.
So my goal is to get back and become better starting with getting back into yoga, and lifting weights! Over the years I've been a personal trainer to women of all ages, in gyms, private sessions at their home and couples too. It's never to late to start over and become better!!! Now you know what you want and that you want to accomplish whatever goals best serve you!!

Hi Friends.....I love sharing family businesses/ mom & pop companies, etc.

I can't stress enough of why it's important to stay healthy and maintaining it from an early age. I started when I was 18, trained while I was pregnant with each baby. I wanted to be an example for my girls, be healthy not skinny, active, and establish good eating habits. And it all has paid off and they have followed the same path. I will be 50 in Sept, and wanted to be an inspiration to all women of ages, with children or not. This is about being healthy and making your goals come true! No, I don't have a major before/afters, but I do have people I've trained or gave advice to and they have made great life changes and did it! I am so proud of them!!!

I am not vegan, but I eat what my body is craving.
This is my creation today.
Kale with mixed greens, avocados, green onions, strawberries, blueberries, and mixed nuts with Poppyseed dressing sprinkled with fresh lemon!!
Omg!! So yummy!!!

So here is my yoga I did for the day as well as my WOD.
I always do a yoga session prior to lifting weights. It gets my body & muscles warmed up for my lifts and helps prevent injuries or strains.
This is my WOD for the Day:
Hip Thrusts with a 60 lb sand bag @ 12 - to 15 reps -1 set to warm up.
Bicep Curls 10lbs. -10 reps / 15 lbs -10 reps / 20 lbs 10 reps
Gobblet Squats 30 lbs- 10 reps / 35 lbs - 10 reps / 44lbs - 10 reps
I take 2 min rest in between each exercise. 1 min rest between each set.
When I do yoga, I match the type of yoga that will compliment my weight lifting for that day so my muscles are ready to burn & work!
