Blessed Beloved Beauties! Join me for Zuriality Kemetic Kids', Teens, and Adults Yoga Flow in collaboration with Richland County Recreation Commission. Kids' classes are every Monday starting May 4th at 6:30 P.M.- 7:15 P.M., Teens are every Wednesday starting May 6th at 6:00 P.M. - 6:45 P.M., and Adults are every Wednesday starting May 6th 7:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. Register at Norh Springs Park/1320 Clemson Road/ Columbia, SC 29229 or click the link of your age group below to create an account with a valid email address to reserve your spot today or scan the QR Code for your age group. Kids' are only $15.00. Teens and Adults are $23. The month of May 2026 is the introductory series. Each week will introduce a nuance from the week before. Treat yourself to an enhanced experience of the mind, body, and soul. The Kids' series will start with a fun game. The Teens series will end with a community build-a-poem, and the Adults series will end with and extended meditation. In May "Let us Spring into a Rebirth & Renewal for our Mind, Body & Soul." Yesterday, Mom and I celebrated my late father, Marine Barry Wilson's Heavenly Born Day! 🎈🥳🎈Energy is infinite and I will forever cherish all the precious memories like when Dad styled my hair.
