Yesterday was such an awesome day!
I really felt like I got to push some athletes to there limits and beyond!

She has prd on her sn**ch with 90lbs, Pr match for her clean & jerk at 115, prd on her front squat with 155. That was just today. On Monday she hit a pr back squat at 180 #
Looks like all that training is paying off!!

Here's an idea for "pancakes" I was told about by the wonderful Lorraine Blanco!
Take two eggs
1 banana. Blend it together and cook it in a non stick pan!
You can add whatever you want to it. Peanut butter, protein powder, blue berries, the list goes on and on!!
Be sure to try it!!
