If you have never used the TRX straps before, they can be a very effective and useful tool for just about any part of your body... as long as you know how to do it correctly. Without proper instruction, you could be risking serious injury. If you or someone you know has any desire to learn how to use a TRX strap, the best way to go about it would be to seek out a professional with a TRX certification (like me!). That way you'll know that you are learning proper form, and reducing your risk of injury. If you have any questions please DM me!
