Fall Swim Registration is open, the deadline so sign up is next Monday, August 19th. The registration link can be found in below.

Our fall program allows us to build your swimmer’s conditioning and endurance, and the smaller numbers allow us to give your swimmers more individualized stroke instruction to get them ahead for next season. The fall payment is month to month, so your swimmer can stop anytime.

The Stingray 2024 season officially begins today! Please see Coach Christie's email to find your swimmer's group. We cannot wait to see you on deck! Don’t forget today’s practice is a dry one where swimmers will meet their practice groups, chat with coaches and find out what we’ve got planned for this season!

The Stingrays, located in Gold River, a founding member of the NorCal Swim league, has been successfully developing swimmers the past 30+ years. We offer the lowest swim to coach ratio in the league, opportunities for coaching or lifeguarding to eligible swimmers, excited social calendar for older swimmers and a strength and conditioning program. The Stingrays is a close and inclusive swim community, inviting all skillsets to swim with us!
