Final Practice Reminder! Join us for the last practice of the 25/26 season this Saturday, June 6th, at George Sim Community Center in Sacramento. Let's have a blast!

Power Soccer Family, we are saddened to announce the passing of one of our athletes, James Albaugh.

James was a member of the LAFC Power Soccer Club in California. He was a fierce competitor for his club throughout his career. James was quiet and reserved off the court, but on the court, he was tough as nails and led his team and his younger brother with immense pride and joy.

You could always see him repping his team’s crest on his baseball cap that only ever seemed to leave his head during the game, entirely due to the refs, not his choice. He was one of four siblings, one of whom, Jayden, will continue playing in his older brother’s honor in the sport they both loved so much.

Our thoughts go out to his family, teammates, and everyone who had the pleasure of meeting him.

With one practice to go on June 6th, it would be a great opportunity for anyone looking to volunteer to see if they want to continue to volunteer next season! We won both of our games against the BORP Bombers 5-1 and 5-2! No more games this season, but one more practice to end the season on June 6th.

This Sunday, May 17, Sacramento Republic Power Soccer is heading to Berkeley, CA, to play 2 games against the BORP Bombers in the Chris Finn Memorial Invitational hosted by BORP! Last games of the season for us.
