Our highlight of the day yesterday wasn’t the tea or the yoga… it was the communal care in action when someone came by with two baskets FILLED with delicious fresh fruits and veggies straight from their garden for our bellies.
Witnessing everyone cluster around, snacking on cherry tomatoes and peaches made our hearts sing — and was it was the perfect way to kick off class at 6.
Thank you to everyone that keeps Wellness Wednesday alive! 4-6 pm is our favorite time to drop in, share wisdom, encouragement and (apparently) garden overstock 😍

New schedule, who ‘dis!?
We’ve got new teachers here at Ritual and can’t wait for you to experience their flavor of magic.
To simplify things, all classes will be happening from 6 to 7 PM and you can expect high vibes at all of them!
To sweeten things up this month, we are encouraging new folks to show up for some PAY WHAT YOU WANT self-care! $1-100 accepted for all classes if you’re new or returning after a while away.

When we say, “no one is turned away for lack of funds”, we really mean it… last week a student brought by this gorgeous zucchini as a gift and humble exchange for one of our classes.
Building community and practicing yoga isn’t just for those who can afford it. It’s for those that see the value in working on themselves and are brave enough to show up.
