DB Incline press to failure (TF)
Resting Cardio-90 sec DB squats (BDW)
50 jumping jacks
(BDW) curl to press (TF)
Immediately go into Hammer curl - 20/ triceps extensions 20
Alternating Plank DB Row (TF) (BDW)
2 minute rest
Repeat for 4 rounds

Many of you know that we have decided to take some time off from coaching softball teams. However, we have NOT decided to stop coaching. We will be focusing our efforts helping young athletes meet their individual softball and fitness goals. Private individual and group lessons available in speed and agility and softball skill (pitching, catching, fielding, hitting). We will also be involved in clinics. If you want to keep your athlete in shape this winter, please give us a call for individual and group rates!
