Wow! Doesn’t seem to be a lot, but once you add it up you may be intaking your entire days worth of calories just by your drinks throughout the day. It is too easy to add empty calories like this into your day. Can you imagine if you counted all the cups of coffee you had in a day? Or how many beers or glasses of wine you drink when you come home from work?
Be more mindful! Take a nutrition journal with you throughout the day to get an idea of how much your actually consuming in day just by what you drink. You may be in for a surprise!

Nutrition Tip Tuesday Precision Hydration Electrolyte packets to help you stay hydrated when sweating. You simply pour one packet into your 16 ounce water bottle and drink to thirst. They come in a few different flavors and have really helped me feel hydrated throughout long hot days.

Thursday thought 💭 Not only are these great reasons why you should eat your cucumbers but they also have loads of vitamins! Also being that they are 90% water, if you’re having a hard time increasing your daily water intake, munch on some cucumbers for a great healthy snack!
