OBSTACLES!
.
So many obstacles this week for me to overcome. I finished my half Ironman on Sunday, so of course my body was screaming. Found out I may have a stress fracture in my foot which completely ruins my week of workouts. When I don’t work out I tend to make bad nutritional choices. I normally do my client assessments on Sundays but had to do them Monday, so my schedule was all out of whack. I normally meal prep on Sundays so I had none of that done. I may sound like I’m bitching and complaining but the point is.
.
I HAVE FREAKING GOALS! And when you have goals there is going to be every obstacle you can imagine thrown your way! Which gives you very excuse to give up and lose the day which turns into weeks. But you’ve got to remember those goals and JUST FREAKING DO IT! Do what you said you were going to, you owe it to yourself.
.

‼️SICK OF DOING CRUNCHES? ‼️
.
Try this dumbbell plank movement that not only gets your core but also your shoulders and legs!!
.
1. Start with your hands directly under your shoulders.
2. Pull the dumbbell through with the opposite hand and then repeat for other side.
3. Make sure to keep hands under shoulders the entire time
4. Do not let your hips rock back and forth! (If you find yourself doing this, widen the stance of the feet)
5. Drive the hands into the ground making strong shoulders.. this will fire 🔥 the core up without you having to think about it so much

💥 The more you can do at once, the more burn you’ll get!
💥 The heavier the weight you use, the harder!

1. I’m married to my absolute best friend Kyle! He consistently pushes me to be the best version of myself!

Bella- is in different. She lets Maia jump on her but then gets mad when she doesn’t stop. She tries to protect her when Cali almost attacks. So I think she secretly likes her 🤔
