What a night for our Sharks! 🦈

Our Freshman team came out strong, winning in two sets, 25-22 and 25-14. JV battled through a close three-set match, winning 25-27, 25-16, and 15-9. Varsity dropped the first set 23-25 but bounced back to win the next three, 25-20, 25-10, and 25-18, securing a 3-1 victory!

Olivia Brown led the attack with 27 kills and a .449 hitting efficiency, along with 10 digs and 2 blocks. Tess Farkas added 14 kills and 5 aces, while Maggie Allen recorded 19 assists and Maya Massaway contributed 20 assists. Emma Seleski was spot on with 11 digs and 20 serve receptions. So proud of the fight, energy, and teamwork from all three teams tonight! 🏐

🏐 HOMECOМING ALUMNI VOLLEYBALL GAME!

Calling all St. Louis volleyball alumni! Join us for a fun morning of volleyball for our Alumni Game to take on the St. Louis Varsity Volleyball team during Homecoming weekend! The game will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2026, from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM. We would love to see our former players back on the court representing the Sharks!

Our freshman Sharks traveled to Pinconning yesterday for their first-ever volleyball tournament! These girls played some incredible volleyball, earning a lot of compliments on their serving, hustle, and scrappy play. They fell in their first match 21-25, 20-25, but bounced back in a big way, winning their next match 25-13, 25-9. They followed that up with another exciting victory, winning 25-22, 26-24! They were so close to making a run at the championship, and while the break may have thrown off their momentum a little, they came back and won their next match before splitting the following one and eventually falling to Pinconning. Despite the long day, they had so much fun and were incredibly proud of themselves, and they should be! We are so proud of how they competed, supported one another, and showed everyone what St. Louis volleyball is all about. 🦈🏐

Here are the stat highlights from our tournament yesterday!

Olivia Brown led the way with 64 kills, a .368 hitting efficiency, 8 aces, 22 digs, and 26 serve receptions. Tess Farkas added 19 kills and 14 aces while serving at an impressive 90.8% on the day. Kenzie Davidson contributed 13 kills with a .310 hitting efficiency. Maggie Allen recorded 57 assists, 11 aces, and 3 blocks, while Maya Massaway added 28 assists and 2 blocks. Emma Seleski continued to anchor our defense with 9 aces, 36 digs, and 42 serve receptions. Skyler Post chipped in 17 digs and 43 serve receptions, and Myah Sahr contributed 12 digs and 33 serve receptions. So proud of the way these girls competed, supported one another, and represented St. Louis Volleyball! 🦈🏐

What a day for our Lady Sharks! 🦈 🏐

We battled our way through pool play, defeating Novi Christian Academy and FCCA in two sets and splitting with Plymouth Christian and Mt. Morris.

Those results earned us the #2 seed in the Gold Bracket, where we took down Corunna in three sets to advance to the championship match against Plymouth Christian once again.

Unfortunately, we fell in two sets to the ranked Plymouth Christian team, but we are bringing home a Runner-Up trophy! 🏆 We couldn’t be more proud of the fight, determination, and teamwork this team showed all day.

A special congratulations to Emma Seleski, who recorded her 1,000th career serve reception today! Emma’s hard work, consistency, and dedication to this team are truly something to celebrate. What a milestone for an incredible teammate!

Our Freshman team played in their first game together, but fell in two sets but kept their energy high and continued to battle throughout the match. JV lost a close three-set match, fighting back and competing until the very end, coming back from a deficit and dropping the third set by two points.

Varsity came away with a three-set victory! Olivia Brown led the way with 12 kills, 6 aces, and 10 digs. Tess Farkas added 9 kills and 4 aces, while Maya Massaway contributed 11 assists, 3 aces, and 6 digs. Maggie Allen finished with 8 assists, and Emma Seleski had 19 serve receptions and 7 digs. Proud of the fight and energy from all three teams tonight! 🏐🦈

The Sharks are back at home tonight taking on Bullock Creek! Our Freshman and JV teams get things started at 5:30 PM, followed by Varsity around 7:00 PM. Come out, fill the stands, and help us bring the energy as we battle it out at home! Go Sharks! 🦈 🏐
