It’s Beat Wapak Week AND Homecoming Week!

The Homecoming Parade and Bonfire were a huge success! There’s just something special about a small town, the best band, great football coaches, an incredible team, and a community full of support and Rider Pride!

Let’s fill the stands this Friday and cheer our Riders on to victory!

Senior Student Athletes visited the St. Marys Rotary Club and presented to the Rotarians about their respective fall sport.

💚🖤UNITED FOR #8💙💛

The St. Marys cheerleaders are asking for our community’s support this Friday during the football game against Celina. Between the first and second quarters, the SM cheerleaders mixed with Celina cheerleaders will make their way through the stands collecting donations for Celina football player Parker Wynk, #8, who suffered a serious injury during the first week of the season.

Together as one, we hope to show Parker and his family that they are surrounded by the love, prayers, and support of both communities. 100% percent of the money collected will go directly to Parker’s family as they navigate through this time.

If you are unable to attend the game or would like to donate beforehand, please contact Coach Amanda McEvoy or Athletic Director Jim Hollman. We will make sure your donation is included with the funds collected at the game.

May our prayers remain with Parker, and may God place His healing hands upon him, restore his body, and give him and his family strength in the days ahead.

💙💛 MEET OUR 2026 SENIORS! 💛💙

Senior year is a special one, and this season we are blessed to have 7 seniors representing Roughrider Cheer! 📣

Some are returning faces who have spent years in our program, while others are new to our team this season. Each one brings her own personality, strengths, and energy, and together they make this senior class one we are so excited to celebrate!

As their coaches, we are looking forward to watching them lead, grow, make memories, and enjoy every moment of their senior season!

Tonight they head to Bath for our first away game of the season!

Prayers for the Wynk’s, especially Parker 💚

Dear Heavenly Father,

Tonight, we lift Parker Wynk up in prayer. 🙏💚 We ask You to wrap Your arms around him, give him strength, and begin the healing process in his body.

Parker, know that you are not walking through this alone. Your teammates, coaches, family, and everyone who cares about you are standing beside you and lifting you up. This injury may be a setback, but it does not define you. Your heart, courage, and determination are stronger than any injury.

Lord, give Parker patience during his recovery, peace when things feel difficult, and faith to believe that better days are ahead. Give him the strength to keep fighting, one day at a time.
Parker, keep your head up. Keep believing. Keep fighting. You are loved, you are supported, and you are never alone.

We pray for healing, strength, and a powerful comeback.
