It’s Tuesday, so you already know we had to grab some coffee to start the day
This was a 23K step day, so tap in and follow how we really live this lifestyle.
Started the morning heading to work, getting steps in early. Of course, lunch was already planned in my head because meal prepping is key.
Took some time to check in on the Junior Mindsetters—they’re always a priority.
Then it was back to the steps. Beautiful weather in Minnesota, so no excuses we’re outside, staying active, and being grateful.

Staying hydrated the whole way through.
And in between all that, I had to drop some motivation because I’m not just talking it, I’m living it daily.
It’s Workout Tuesday: chest, shoulders, and triceps. That’s how we closed the day out strong
Now I’ve got a question for you what did you do today to stay active?
Mindsetters it’s Friday. Started the day off getting those steps in. Didn’t forget the lunch.
Friday night when’s the last time you pushed yourself like this?
Finished the workout with 20 minutes on the stair master. 12K steps is the standard.
Working a 9–5 but we don’t neglect our health. Still getting in the gym to close out the week strong because this isn’t a trend, it’s a lifestyle.

It’s Thursday, so you already know… we stayed active and we ate right. This is what we do, not just when we feel like it.
Shoutout to everyone who got in the gym or stayed moving today that consistency matters.
Day started a little rocky with car issues, but that didn’t stop anything. That’s the difference… no excuses, just ex*****on.
We’re only a few weeks from summer time is moving.
