In case you ever wondered why the yoga pose is called Dancing Shiva…
If you’re in MSP and need a break, I highly recommend meandering through the Asian art areas (where this sculpture sits) at the MIA and ending with a long, silent, phoneless sit in the Tibetan Buddhist Shrine room.
Admission, as always, is free. Such a gift.

Breakfast of champions: jammy egg, quinoa, edamame, and miso tahini paste. So easy, even I can do it!

Not really in the mood to jog tonight, but decided to hit the gym after a shoot. The treadmill with my favorite drishte was open (where I don’t have to stare at people across from me or TVs—I happily stare at a wall). Pic 2 is the view behind me. An entire two rows of 20+ machines *could* be facing the clouds, but alas, they are not. 🤷🏻♀️ Heading home for some back yard time with my loves.

Our first garden greens of the year!
All credit goes to Tony. 💚

PRIDE Rainbow Bar from Pizza Luce: a portion of the proceeds go to OutFront MN.
Healthy? No! Nostalgic? Yes! Most of my high school breakfasts consisted of a bowl of Fruity Pebbles, followed by chugging the pastel milk. Highly processed “food” and yet I made it to adulthood! I haven’t bought cereal in decades, but I couldn’t pass this up tonight. Enjoying it, but also: no need to ever buy the pebbles again. 😂

We don’t often get fancy skies up here in MN (her nature can be just as reserved as her people), but when we do, I just stand and stare. So beautiful. So powerful.

You know nervous system regulation has gone mainstream when there’s an article on the vagus nerve in the Costco magazine!
(It’s a great topic to be trending.✌🏽)
