1-cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2-cup mixed berries
1/2-banana
1/4-cup oats
1-tbls peanut butter
1-scoop peanut butter protein
1- scoop super greens (and/or) spinach
Ice
Splash of milk(whichever you prefer)
*2-whole eggs
1/4-cup cheddar cheese
1/4-cup red onion
*2-halo oranges
*1-large cup of coffee
