Overcoming fear and facing obstacles is what life is all about. Today we challenged ourselves to hike one of the 10 most dangerous hikes because we knew we were capable and the end result would be worth it. We may not have made it all the way due to 50 mph winds and flash flooding but we made it to the Na'Pali coast.
Together we've lost 100 pounds. 18 months ago this would have been impossible and I would never have even attempted it. This never would have been possible without the help of the one person who has never given up on us, even when we've given up on ourselves. The one person who constantly challenges us to be better and believe in ourselves inside and outside of the gym. Our trainer has changed our lives for the better and we couldn't be happier where we are! No doubt we've still got work to do, but loving the life we are now living! Thank you to for never judging and always encouraging us!

Here's a little Throwback Thursday!
Lacey and I started training in January to prep her for Rams cheerleading tryouts.
She started at 163 at the beginning of January and by the beginning of April before tryouts she was 137, a total loss of 26 pounds!
She looked good enough to make the Rams cheer team and ALSO made the 2016 Rams Calendar!

Started off this week with a lot of band work! Break through plateaus by implementing bands in your training. Switching up the type of resistance will keep your body guessing and keep it changing!

Those are all invalid excuses!
Bill has had a full knee replacement, yet still comes in and keeps up if not passes up his granddaughter Maddie!
His desire to better himself is truly inspiring!
Maddie is 20 years old, living on her own, working to support herself and goes to school full time too! Even with all of that she still manages to meet with me 3 times a week. She kills every workout I put her through, even though she hasn't worked out since high school!
And my little sister Grayce, she's just a cutie and wanted to come workout with her big brother today! πͺπ½πͺπ½πͺπ½πͺπ½
