This is a training in yoga as a way of being.

A lived practice. An embodied path. A devotional relationship with presence, energy, integrity, self-awareness, and transformation.

This is not just about learning postures, sequencing, or how to lead a class. It is about allowing yoga to work on you. To shape you. To change your life from the inside out.

It is about energetics. Embodiment. Alignment. The practice of living the teachings, not just speaking them.

So if you are looking for a certification alone, we may not be the space for you.

But if you are looking for an experience that will deepen your relationship with yourself… if you are longing to live yoga, not just learn it… if you feel called to a training that may truly change you…

Then maybe this is for you.

If you feel the call, trust yourself. One spot left.

What I want every person to experience in our spaces is not just transformation.

It’s safety. It’s being deeply seen. It’s feeling connected...to themselves, to the room, to what is true. It’s leaving with more of themselves, not less.

Because in deep healing work, it is not enough to simply crack someone open.

Real facilitation is not about intensity for intensity’s sake. It is not about creating a powerful moment and then leaving someone there to figure out what to do with what was stirred.

What matters to me is that people feel held in the process. That they are guided with care. That there is integrity in the way the space is led. That the work moves toward wholeness, not just disruption.

Yes, deep work can bring grief. It can bring tenderness. It can bring old wounds, truth, vulnerability, and profound shifts.

But it can also bring joy. Peace. Relief. Loving presence. Connection. A deeper trust in life. A felt sense of what is possible.

That is the kind of space I am devoted to creating.

I want every single person who enters a Wholesome Alchemy container to feel the transformation, not just in what is unearthed, but in what is integrated.

Not just in what is released, but in what becomes available afterward.

Not just in being broken open, but in being supported as they return home to themselves.

This is part of what we teach inside the facilitator training: how to hold depth with care, how to lead with presence, how to create spaces where transformation is not only powerful but responsible, connected, and deeply human.

This is why I created the Facilitator Training.

Because holding transformational space is an art, a responsibility, and a skillset.

If you are called to lead retreats, circles, ceremonies, workshops, or healing spaces and you want to do so with deeper integrity, capacity, and care.... this training is for you.

There is something so beautiful about the practices that ask nothing from us but presence. That asks us only to slow down enough to listen.

No performance. No fixing. No rush to become someone new.

Just a willingness to sit. To soften. To be with what is here.

That is what tea has been for me.

A space of presence. A space of stillness. A space of meeting myself more honestly, gently, and deeply.

Not through force. Not through performance. Not through trying to become someone else. But through sitting. Sipping. Softening. Listening.

A return to slowness. A return to the body. A return to the quiet places within that are so often drowned out by the speed of life.

Tea ceremony reminds me that so much can be revealed in stillness. That healing does not always arrive through intensity. That sometimes what transforms us most is the simple act of being with ourselves long enough to actually hear what is there.

Tea ceremony reminds me that so much can open when we let ourselves be with what is here. That there is wisdom in stillness.

And every time I sit, I am reminded: there is so much wisdom waiting for us when we stop rushing past our own lives.

I am so honored to begin sharing this practice in the Wholesome Alchemy temple.

I would love to welcome you.

In June, I’ll be offering 3 different ways to sit with me:

Sunday, June 7 | 10:00–11:30 AM
Pu’er Ceremony
For those wanting to sit with Pu’er and ground and expand all at once.

Thursday, June 11 | 7:00–8:30 PM
Oolong Ceremony
For those wanting to sit with Oolong and deepen into presence, preparing for an evening of depth and integration.

Saturday, June 13 | 10:00 AM–1:00 PM
Qi, Tea, and Be
A deeper journey with Qigong, Tea Ceremony, presence with self, guided journaling, and space for integration in community.

Each gathering is intimate, with only 10 spaces available.

You do not need to know anything. You do not need to have done this before. You only need to come as you are.

Every retreat is its own living, breathing world.

Different land. Different people. Different energies. Different lessons. Different medicine.

No retreat is ever the same. And that is part of what makes each one so sacred. So unrepeatable. So worthy of being celebrated.

Each one is once in a lifetime.

This Journey to the Sacred in Bali was its own kind of unfolding.

It invited deep holding. It invited us into the unexpected. It asked us to meet life, reality, and the sacred all at once.

And through it, we kept coming home. Again and again.

Home to ourselves. Home to each other. Home to the moment. Home to what was true, even when it wasn’t what we planned.

There was something so real in this journey. So human. So tender. So holy.

We did not just gather in beauty. We lived through the unexpected together. We softened. We adapted. We witnessed. We held. We were held.

And in that, something deeper revealed itself.

This retreat was its own prayer. Its own teaching. Its own once-in-a-lifetime becoming.

So today, I’m celebrating this journey exactly as it was. The women who came. The path it became. The sacredness of what unfolded. The ways we returned to love, to presence, to one another, again and again.

What a gift to witness. What a gift to live.

Honored to share this work...and to receive it.

Love you all and deeply look forward to the next journey together.

Love and Blessings,
Courtney

Facilitation is a skillset. Not just a lived experience.

In the coaching, healing, and retreat spaces, there is often an unspoken assumption: If you’ve been through trauma, you can hold trauma work. If you’ve experienced healing, you can guide others through theirs.

And while lived experience matters deeply… it is not the whole picture.

Because trauma is nuanced. Healing is complex. And holding transformational spaces requires more than good intentions.

It requires training. Discernment. Responsibility. Capacity. A willingness to keep learning.

This work asks us to know how to navigate what happens when real humans bring real wounds, real nervous systems, real triggers, and real stories into the room.

It asks us to know how to respond when something unexpected happens. How to repair when needed. How to lead with integrity instead of ego. How to prioritize safety over performance.

This is something we care deeply about inside Wholesome Alchemy.

We do deep work in these spaces. And with deep work can come big emotions, trauma responses, rupture, tenderness, breakthroughs, and change.

That is why I believe facilitation should be treated as a sacred responsibility. Not something assumed. Not something bypassed. Not something entered into casually.

I am devoted to being a leader who continues to learn. A facilitator who takes ownership. A space holder who does not hide behind perfection, but values humility, repair, and growth.

Because ethical leadership is not about always getting it right. It’s about being willing to meet what arises with presence, responsibility, and care.

This is the standard I hold myself to. And this is the standard I believe this industry needs more of.

We would be honored to share our facilitator training with you, June 21st-28th, in Koh Phangan Thailand.

Join me, Courtney, for a hands-on workshop where we’ll create organic, natural body care products and reconnect with a more intentional way of caring for ourselves.

This offering was inspired by my own healing journey, from navigating a persistent facial rash that led me into natural skincare and Ayurveda, to deepening that devotion during my cancer journey. What we put on our bodies matters. In this workshop, we return to simple, nourishing, plant-based care made with awareness and intention.

Natural body care became deeply important to me through lived experience.

Years ago, I experienced a facial rash that lasted for months. I sought support from doctors, dermatologists, and many different approaches, but nothing truly created lasting change. That experience led me into studying skincare more deeply, learning from Ayurveda, and eventually creating my own products. Everything began to shift.

Later, during my cancer journey, this became even more meaningful. I became more intentional than ever about what I was putting in my body and on my body. Body care stopped feeling superficial and became something sacred... a practice of nourishment, discernment, and devotion.

This workshop is an invitation into that same spirit.

Together, we’ll explore simple, natural body care and create products that support your skin and your wellbeing with greater consciousness and care.

Whether you are just beginning or simply wanting to deepen your connection to cleaner, more intentional self-care, this is a space to learn, create, and be nourished.

What You’ll Experience
A grounded introduction to organic and natural body care
Hands-on creation of body care products
Education around ingredients and why what we put on the body matters
A more intentional, empowered relationship with self-care
A nourishing and welcoming space to create in community

This Workshop Is For You If…
You want to be more mindful about what you put on your skin
You’re curious about natural, organic body care
You love herbal, holistic, or Ayurvedic approaches
You want self-care to feel more intentional and less commercial
You’re craving a hands-on, meaningful experience

332.

That’s the number of people who have taken a transformational journey with Wholesome Alchemy.

Not our online programs. Not the sacred circles, the trainings, the yoga teacher programs, the workshops, the temple visits. Just the retreats. Just the journeys. 🥹

Yesterday I spent the day building a master list....putting everyone in one place for the first time. And I won’t lie, it got me.

As I typed each name, I paused. I remembered them. I remembered the journey we had together. So many returning faces over the years and honestly, that makes me even prouder than the number itself.

That this many people have trusted me… and that so many keep saying yes, again and again.

Numbers don’t lie.

I’ve poured everything into these spaces.... my master’s in teaching and education, years of study with teachers all over the world, and all of my lived experience.

Watching this list take shape just cracked my heart wide open.

It is such an honor to hold deep, sacred space for people.

Over the last few years I’ve slowly taken on consulting work... supporting others in birthing their own retreats, workshops, and trainings into the world.

And after enough requests (you know how I am...ask me enough times and the answer becomes yes 😄), I’m finally doing a training.

This June in Thailand, I’m leading an 8-day immersive for facilitators who want to sharpen their ability to guide others through real transformational work. Not just crack people open but guide them through it and back home to themselves.

I won’t pretend I’m not nervous. This one feels big. And deeply important, not just for those who step in to learn, but for everyone they’ll go on to serve.

If that’s calling you, I would be so honored to have you join me. 🙏🏼

And if you’re just feeling called to dip a toe in first.... I’d love to see you at the Wholesome Alchemy Temple for a small intimate local gathering.

Either way… 332. 🥹🫶🏼💗✨

Thank you to every single one of you who trusted me in this way.
-Courtney

They came as students. They left as teachers. And somewhere in between, they became family.

A few spaces still open for our next journey.

There's a moment in the training when it stops feeling like a course and starts feeling like a calling. We honor that with ceremony, with flowers, with stillness.

This is the part nobody warns you about.... how much you'll love it.

This is what it looks like when you stop holding back. Real bodies, real breath, real practice. This is what our YTT container feels like from the inside.
