; an ancient game of kings. More than just a game though, chess is a complex mental exercise between you and your opponent. As we all know mental exercise is just as important as physical exercise if not more so. It helps with memory, risk assessment, planning, and various other mental skills which relate directly to life. I recommend you try it sometime π

Feeling hungover after a night of drinking? I know I am π
Best cure for that is right when you wake up you gotta sweat it out!!! Perspiration is a natural way our body releases toxins and you feel great after. I like to make myself sweat by doing a (High Intensity Interval Training) workout without needing to go to the gym.
3 cycles:
Jump rope - 1 min
Air squats - 20 reps
Goodmornings - 20 reps
Push ups - 15 reps
Band rows - 15 reps
Mtn climbers - 30 sec
Shouldertap planks - 30 sec
You ever try using an ? Itβs a great tool to develop your lungs and increases their capacity to intake oxygen. I like to use it during my light cardio sessions on the bike π
