Ironman Des Moines 2022! Standing on the other side this year as a coach and not a participant, but equally as excited for my friend & athlete, Heather Cronin, who has trained so hard with such determination and a positive attitude that I know she’ll do amazing in her first Ironman!! Went out and had a little fun on the bike today 😜 1st Place in Age Group and 5th Place Overall on the Piccolo route. Good to be up in the “hills” again and share the road with some insanely strong riders 😎🚴‍♀️🚴‍♀️
