If that’s you, it’s okay! Believe it or not, you don’t have to track your food to maintain a healthy diet. You can use your plate as a visual tool to track without precise measurements, and still be able to structure your macro and micronutrients.
If your goal is fat loss, we recommend structuring your plate (an average dinner plate will work just fine) like so:
½ plate of non-starchy, colorful veggies
¼ plate of carbohydrates
¼ plate of protein
You can follow this structure for any meal!

Welcome to your new favorite breakfast/snack, our Coconut Pro-gurt! 🙌🍓🥥
Ingredients:
1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Yogurt
1 Serving Goliath Nutripower All Natural Vanilla Wehy
3/4 Cups Mixed Berries 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (Reduce For Less Fat)
Directions: Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and enjoy!! Drizzle with a small amount (1-2 tsp of honey or agave to sweeten, but make sure to count it toward your carbs!) 😋

Who doesn't love a snack while watching the game?? 🏈 While your friends are downing Cheetos and hot wings, give our delicious- and guilt free- Game Day Nachos a try! 🙌
Ingredients:
2 servings of Siete brand Dairy Free Nacho chips
2 servings Violife vegan mozzarella cheese
8oz cooked ground turkey
1 avocado chopped
½ cup salsa
Directions:
Cook ground turkey in a skillet on medium-high heat. While turkey is cooking, layer cheese on top of nacho chips and microwave on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Top nachos with ground turkey, avocado, and salsa. (Serves 2)
