The Base Phase - Weeks 1&2 of 8 π
These initial weeks focus on building a solid foundation of strength and conditioning. Training at lower intensities with higher volume and shorter rest periods, we aim to improve work capacity and muscular endurance. The goal is to refine technique, build muscle, and establish baseline strength for the phases ahead.

Pay Day is all about individual targets with team energy. Youβre working solo, but side by side, pushing each other to the finish.
Together, we show up, support, and get it done. π€
