Coach was calling for intervals on the trainer today, but he fell asleep so I did a long easy effort instead.

Strongest training run of the season thus far. Big thanks to my wife for letting me use her super cute running watch when mine finally kicked the bucket. Also, I’ve never been a fan of carrying a bottle by hand for long runs, but have grown to really dislike using a bouncy hip belt so I gave this UD hand bottle a try and really liked it. Can’t hate the fact that it will help give me super ripped biceps right? Pretty sure .5 lb curls will do that right? With baby number two I have been blessed to have several weeks of paternity leave. Loving adventuring with the little one so far. Was inspired by an old article in Backpacker magazine to go even further. What do folks think? Have great experiences or lessons to share?
