Busy past weekend. Heard to Rooks County speedway in Stockton on Thursday & Friday for their fair races. And then to Salina on Saturday. Lots of battling on the track for positions. Wish the outcome was better (always) but we will try again next weekend.
Thursday 8/6 -
Heat: P3 to P1.
Feature: P5 to P2. Lead most of the race but got out driven.
Friday 8/7-
Heat: P7 to P1. Great battle with dad
Feature: P10 to P10 Struggled to find a consistent line to make gains.
Saturday 8/8-
Heat: P6 to P3.
Feature: P10 to P5.
Sunday our micro racing career was officially retired. Micros were good for us. The last of our micro stuff left the stable and is headed to a great home in the Midwest. 👋
But when one leaves … something always comes in. The next generation brought his derby truck in for some extra customizing. 😀
