Congratulations to the 7th Grade Boys Salina South Basketball team for capturing the Summer League Championship last night with two hard fought victories over Concordia and Abilene. They finished the season with an 8-2 record! 3rd Straight Championship Game appearance for the 7th Grade Boys 🏀💚🏆

Colin Burke, a student at Salina South Middle School, won the Kansas State Finals of the National Civics Bee, earning the opportunity to represent Kansas at the National Civics Bee in Washington, D.C.. Burke also received a $1,000 prize for his presentation on expanding access to hygiene products in middle schools.
