A friend surprised me with two incredible finds from his memory box—vintage baseball gloves with serious history!
First up: a Vintage All-Star Sporting Goods full-grain cowhide Model FR400. I don’t have much experience with gloves this old, but I gave it my best shot.
The second mitt? A true gem—the oldest glove I’ve ever worked on: a 1930s Wilson Baseball / Softball Split Finger, Model 629N.

Both received the same TLC:
