We use methods developed over time with proven results. John Kaupp has been a Strength & Conditioning Coach since 2003. In that time he has worked as the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo, as an Asst. Strength & Conditioning Coach at Kansas State University, San Diego State and the University of Idaho and as Personal Strength Coach for athletes of all ages and abilitie
