My weight in 2000 was 190 pounds, my waist was 38 inches, and my shirt's neck size was 16.5 inches by 33 inches. Aug. 09. I'm still losing!
Today, I am 139 pounds, shirt neck size: 14.5 inches by 33 inches and waist: 30 inches!
