Oh yeah that’s pizza you see 😍😍🙌🏻🙌🏻🤩🤩 in some of those meal prep containers!!

On Sunday’s we get excited when my OG Meal prep partner in crime drives and hour to do our Sunday Funday Meal prep routine 🤩🙌🏻!

Why waste time in the gym if you’re going to consume alcohol daily (which kills your metabolism for 24-48 hours FYI) && eat crappy food?? Your food is your fuel. Do you put low grade fuel in your high end car & expect it to last?? Nope-OK then- why put crappy food in your body and expect your goals to evolve! I promise if you eat right and eat enough you will see amazing results && then super set that with killer gym sessions and your body will mold into your goals quicker than you’d think!!

All my meals and snacks are done for 6 days and it costed $60 and took less than 4 hours and that includes going to the store (well 3 stores to be exact)

What’s your excuse??!
