We’ve all heard that a morning routine of self care is essential to setting up the day 🔸️YOU🔸️ want to have, but I wanna let you know that 🔸️HOW🔸️ you do it each day can change.  

You don’t have to be the same all the time - it’s time to build self trust - you’re not procrastinating, you’re listening to your intuition and being present to how your hormones are shifting each week of your Menstrual Cycle. 

You’re allowed to be different every day and need different things.

➡️ Comment below how your daily self-care routine changes throughout the month and year.

🔸️Strengthen your intuition and figure out how to be present by adapting to what you need each day. Ask yourself, “What would feel good right now?” “...and now?” “...and now?”

Example: You don’t need to drag your ass to the gym in the dark at 5am in on your period. Get more rest and go for a walk on your lunch break instead. Pushing yourself while on your period causes more stress and affects your health. Down time is essential to rest + recharge for your next cycle. 

There’s so much fear around deviating from a routine - and not being ‘on’ all the time. We’ve been encouraged to power through and force things instead of trusting in our intuition, in what FEELS right.. Build trust in yourself by checking in with yourself daily for 3 months to see WHEN you feel like doing WHAT. Show yourself that you do like the more active stuff some times and the more restorative stuff at other times. You don’t have to be the same all the time, you are a multifaceted, cyclical being. The ebb is just as important as the flow to get to where you want to go.

Happy Moonday! Immediately course correct to what feels good. Too stressed? Go general with gratitude like, "this pillow is soft," or "there is an abundance of oxygen to breathe."


When thinking about what to say about this post, I came across the perfect explanation by , thank you Universe:


"No matter what the issue is, don't try to justify why you don't feel good. And don't try to justify why you should feel differently. Don't try to blame whatever it is you think the reason is that's keeping you from feeling good. All of that is wasted effort. Just try to feel good right now." 👏

Science is catching up to what the mystics have known all along. For that reason, Physics is a huge part of my Spirituality and Intentional Living practices.


On the quantum level, it has been shown that everything is energy and nothing is solid. That it can all be shaped by our focus. * Where our attention goes, energy flows *


Zooming way out from the molecular level, things that appear to be chaotic with no order actually do have predictable patterns. It helps to look at the big picture, to find the gratitude instead of the problems and piece together how it was all always working out in hindsight than to get lost in the seemingly chaotic details of the moment. * This requires Trust *


is a balance of to what IS, focusing on what you'd like instead, trusting the non-linear journey, magnifying all the ways things are coming together and looking back to see that it was working out all along.

this weekend. How to rest when you're BUSY?


Follow the Wild Power Rule of 1%. Think of your ideal day of rest and self-care and give yourself 1% of that.


It really does shift perspective from, "I only had five minutes to meditate this morning before the kids came in" to "Wow, I'm so glad I got five minutes of meditation this morning." Lots of love!

My desert motel was right next to a rock shop 😍 where I learned that there is a vein of running through the nearby - and of course there is - it forms in the presence of my favorite metal, , which is abundant here.

season ! When I saw that I would be bleeding on the this cycle, I knew I had to get about navigating the emotional + spiritual depth of the energy. Knowing that everything is absolutely for me, this is how I'm embracing the deep dive. Hope it helps you too!


My friend and lifestyle doula .lizette shared with me that Pieces energy can be either "Psychic or Psycho" and I get it... deep connection to the spirit realm can often create disillusionment and frustration with the material world. That is why I use to navigate between the two worlds, to listen to my desires + inspiration (spirit flowing through) and to believe that they are possible in the material world.


Frustration only arises when I need to control How or When my desires manifest. That fearful, controlling, "psycho" vibe only appears when I urgently need something or judge the journey. To counter that, this month I ➡️ Trust in feeling good first which attracts inspired action. I flow like a fish 🐠

The is sorting through to ensure that nothing is overlooked, to ensure that you are truly listening to your . She's your cyclical friend... but she's a little intense sometimes.


When you're cultivating awareness daily and living intentionally, these old limiting beliefs are easier to spot and navigate.


I found so much peace and calm with trust, flow and letting go of urgency this cycle...until Day 24. It all came back like, "ARE YOU SURE?! YOU'RE A DELISIONAL MANIAC!" 😅 It's not actually here to terrorize me; it's here to truly ask me if this is what I believe, if I've fully embodied it and if there's anything I am overlooking that I can tune a little deeper into.
