Total Knockout kickboxing

Wanted to give a shout out 🗣️ to this girl! My client that I’ve been working with since July 16th 2025. We train together twice a week. She’s made impressive gains and the #’s are proof of that.

She didn’t want to lose weight she wanted to be healthy and strong 💪🏻 as well as toned!

Her starting weight: 145lbs her weight now is 152lbs. Now remember muscle mass is heavier. 😉

Here’s where the real numbers count…Her starting body fat was 42.2 % and starting muscle mass was 23%.

Her body fat now 28.6% and muscle mass 32.2% that is AMAZING! 🤩
She set a goal for her self and she was determined to reach it. It took patience, determination and consistency. Not only did she reach her goal, She crushed it!! I am so proud of her!

Brand new battery thats not even a month old, replaced swing arm bolt & nut that were upgraded in the 2014 models to be safer, has loud custom cobra pipes as well as an added horn with an air compressor so that everyone hears you coming even if they don’t see you. Sounds like a semi truck horn. I wanted this bike to be loud so it was safer. Replaced the fuel valve & o-rings needed. Has an added sissy bar for the passenger. Able to be removed if want to. I’m the second owner and has been garage kept. Never laid down. This bike has power. Im sad to sale her, but I have responsibilities to my kids right now. So I’m hoping someone else can enjoy her. Don’t worry my ridding days are not over! 😉

Big shout out 🗣️ to this amazing lady! She just turned 68 years old 7 days ago and is killing it!

She has congestive heart failure and mild-moderate pulmonary hypertension. Part of her lungs don’t work well. She was on 3 liters of oxygen 24/7 when i first met her.

Her Dr. Started her on weight loss shots in May of 2025 . She had dropped 47 lbs by the time she reached out to me September 12,2025.

She wanted to build & maintain muscle mass, become more fit and feel better too!

She went to Vasa, As well as did a few free weight exercises at home two or three days a week before we met. She was determined to stay on track with her fitness journey and step it up a notch.

We have been adding a 1 hour weight training session together weekly since September 2025 on top of the other things she’s been incorporating.

I couldn’t be more proud of this lady! She acknowledged that she needed & wanted better for herself and so she made a goal and found a way to achieve it!

No matter the obstacle’s, she commited herself to and stayed consistent. She is now off of oxygen, at a healthy weight and her Dr says she cant loose anymore. She is lifting heavier weights and starting to show some real muscles 💪🏻. Despite her odds, she pushed though and has really blossomed into an inspiration. I hope to be just like Marlene when I grow up!
