So....let’s first start by saying the fact here....I’m human. I get anxious sometimes when I don’t know how something is going to go. That TOTALLY happened today.

I was on my way to my first spin class at the downtown Rebel-House (ps they are so awesome and so helpful).

I was going to be wearing my new cycling shoes and didn’t even know if I put the clips on right. I had flashes of the movie I am pretty flashing before my eyes.

So instead of canceling the class, I told myself “I do hard things”, got in the car, blasted my work out play list that gets me jazzed, and did some super deep breathing. I parked the car, did a quick meditation, and shifted my mindset.

I went in there and killed the class. I looked in the mirror and saw my shirt (and my way cute shorts not pictured) that said Just Do It.

That’s why I love to wear Nike when I work out. Just do it. Just take the step forward. Just make the choice. Make the call. Do whatever that first step is. Just do it.
