Just got this news yesterday and able to announce today: the Herriman cycle room is closing and getting converted into a Flow Studio. Final day it will be open is Saturday, Feb 14th, so let’s do our 80’s Music Class on that day. Hope to see you then!

Happy New Year this week!! 🎉 Starting next week, I will be adding the following classes to my schedule:

Mondays: Pilates at 6:30PM at South Jordan
AND
Thursdays: Cycle at 5:30AM at West Jordan

And yes, I am swapping my Monday 6pm cycle at Herriman Vasa on Mondays for this new class. Will miss the awesome people there! If you can join me at SJ Vasa on Mondays, I would love to see you 🙌

My Friday Pilates class at Taylorsville is usually at 5:45am, but for the next two weeks, it will be at 8am. Yayy for the holidays 🎄🙌 Would love to see you there tomorrow and next week! 💪
