Customized athletic programming for endurance athletes, mountain athletes, and individuals looking f Success is earned, not purchased.
White Pine Athletics was founded on a very simple principle: Everyone is unique. People function differently, compensate for injury differently, and adapt to exercise differently. Whether you’re a pro athlete, a weekend warrior, a business executive trying to stay fit with a hectic schedule, or someone who is looking to make positive changes in their health and lifestyle, each person requires a di
fferent approach to their training needs. At White Pine Athletics, we don’t believe in the cookie cutter mentality where everything is solved by a generic template. We carefully consider the needs and goals of each of our clients to provide them with the best, and most customized training experience possible. Whether you are training for your next big event, getting ready for your first race, trying to keep up with a fitness routine while traveling, or looking to change your perspective on fitness, we are here to help you make that happen. Our mobility and fitness assessment helps us to pinpoint areas in need of improvement, continue to build on existing strengths, and determine sites of potential injury before they develop. As a company founded by athletes, we understand the need for personalized coaching, and getting the most out of our training. Time is valuable, and that is why we don’t waste it with gimmicks and one size fits all templated programs, just 100% you-based training. What We Do
We evaluate your strengths and weaknesses, both in terms of fitness and functional mobility. We then carefully, and thoughtfully create a plan of attack that is specific to your needs and goals. Throughout this process we take into consideration every detail: your schedule, your location and available equipment, your fitness level, your body’s prioritized needs, upcoming competitions or events, and your experience with training in the past. We gather this information and apply it to weekly training programming that is custom tailored to you, and will allow for the greatest improvement. Your training program is delivered via an online platform with full explanations and video instruction of each prescribed exercise, leaving nothing to guesswork. We continually communicate with you, the client, to carefully monitor changes and look for areas of improvement. We take every little success seriously and with pride, and continue to support you as you move toward your ultimate goal. What We Don’t Do
We will never blindly hand you a templated program that may or may not have anything to do with your specific needs or limitations. We don’t treat you as a paycheck, or just another faceless client. We don’t ignore your needs for individuality and specificity, and we don’t promise success. Success is earned with knowledge, but also with sweat, effort, time, and sometimes with tears and moments of intense emotion. This is not something we can give you, it is something YOU must be willing to give. We pride ourselves on giving you the tools, knowledge and support you need to achieve success, the effort is up to you.

Meet our coaches👋
Kyle, Head Coach and founder, is a certified Exercise Physiologist, holding USA Cyclings highest level of certification. He has decades of experience training athletes at every level, from first timers to elite competitors on world championship starting lines and professional riders.
Corbin, Associate Coach, USA Cycling Level 3 Coach, he is mentored directly by Coach Kyle and carries the same science-first, athlete-first philosophy into every plan he builds. He's meticulous, invested, and brings the same rigor to a first-year athlete as he does to someone chasing the podium.
Together, it's real science, zero guesswork. No plan pulled from what worked for someone else once. Every athlete gets a plan built for them, whether you're just discovering what you're capable of or you're already chasing something big.
We don't just hand you a plan. We teach you why it works.
If you love to ride, love to train, and want to actually understand the process, you're in the right place.

A little late getting this one posted, but definitely worth celebrating.
Big congrats to WPA coached rider Cal Hobson on her 3rd-place U23 finish at Lauf Gravel Worlds® in Nebraska a couple weekends ago.
Cal has put together some seriously impressive training blocks this season alongside her coach Corbin Dittmar , and it was awesome to see that work translate when it counted. A podium against a deep field is a great reflection of the consistency and commitment she’s brought to the process.
Fitness built. Confidence earned. A podium secured.

Big congrats to WPA coached rider and RESPIRA athlete Walker Dunbar on a 3rd place age group and 7th overall at this weekend’s Utah Gravel Series Wasatch All-Road.
Walker came into this race carrying a big block of work from Unbound, so the goal wasn’t to cram in more fitness- it was to strategically shed fatigue, maintain the fitness we’d built, and put him in position to perform on race day.
The result? Some seriously impressive power numbers on a WAR course that is absolutely no joke.
This is what good coaching is about: building fitness, managing fatigue, and putting athletes in the best position to perform when it counts.
Proud coach. 👊

We LOVE to see our athlete’s hard work pay off! Congrats to Henry Bobyk on a strong 3rd place finish at the CX season opener in Wisconsin- Henry put together a solid performance in the cat 1/2/3 field. We have no doubt we’ll see more strong rides from this young crusher.

Super proud of WPA athlete for taking on the absolutely monumental . Jessie has been incredibly consistent in her approach to training, and it paid off with a strong performance at a brutal MTB stage race at altitude. Congrats Jessie!!

Leadville, from a different perspective.
I didn’t come to Leadville to race this year. I came to coach three athletes who had spent months preparing for this day.
Watching all three execute, overcome, and accomplish what they came here to do was pretty damn special. As a coach, there’s nothing quite like seeing months of training, preparation, fueling, and problem-solving come together when it matters most.
I was also fortunate to spend the weekend alongside Neversecond Official as a coach partner, performing sweat testing and helping athletes better understand hydration and sodium. Getting to take exercise physiology out of the lab and directly into the endurance community is exactly the kind of work I love.
And somehow, I ended up with one of the best jobs at the finish line: designated champagne sprayer for both the men’s and women’s winners. 🍾
Three athletes. One incredible event. A whole lot of coaching, physiology, community, and champagne.
Huge congratulations to our athletes, and a massive thank you to Neversecond Official for bringing me along and trusting me to represent the science and coaching side of the brand.
This is the kind of work I want to keep building: helping athletes perform better, bringing science into the real world, and pushing the endurance industry forward.

🥈 2nd at MTB Short Track National Champs.
A huge congratulations to Myles Perry on an incredible ride. This result is well-earned and a testament to the consistency, commitment, and work that’s happened long before race day.
The best part? This is just one step toward some much bigger goals this season and beyond.
If you’re ready to train with purpose and see what you’re capable of, White Pine Athletics is accepting a limited number of new athletes.

Five days before race day, wildfire smoke canceled the event.
Months of training deserved a finish line, so Kyle McFarland and Ada Georgi created one.
Instead of wasting a perfectly good taper, they mapped their own 50-mile route and got it done.
Congratulations to both of them for staying adaptable, trusting the process, and proving that resilience matters more than race calendars.
At White Pine Athletics, we’re proud to help athletes chase big goals—whether that’s on the road, the trail, or anywhere in between.
