Compounding knee injuries over the years and landed myself a sprained MCL, fringe cartilage issues behind the knee cap, and a ruptured baker's cyst. Owie. All that, and I've been able to walk - sometimes with the support of crutches when bopping around town - and maintain a regular schedule. Best possible scenario when thinking of all my knees have achieved in this life. It pays to be strong! 💪

Ugly ass brace, 6-12 weeks of PT, a cortisone shot, and the love and support of Nico Wildeboer (sometimes with ice cream!). Small set back; I'll advance exponentially when we're on the other side. 🌞 And I'm about to get really good at pull ups.

Happy 33rd birthday to Nico Wildeboer! Celebrated with a Costco parking lot pizza party followed by Pickleball!

Might just get home an Philadelphia Eagles or Philadelphia Phillies tailgate one day; a girl can dream!

Join us in welcoming Veya Marie Wildeboer to the WildFam! 🥰

She's a 9 y/o "mutt" who we now know is a (she was shaved in the shelter) She weighed in at a chonky 18.4 lbs when she joined us, and after a week -plus of daily walks she is down to a svelt & healthy 17lbs. For as tiny as her legs are, she is an excellent power walker. She likes to snuggle and give hugs and kisses and we learned she knows how to stand! ❤️ She's not a fan of her crate, tho she is getting better everyday.

She is settling in very nicely to her new posh life. This little lady hit the puppy parent jackpot.

Everyday is wildeLove day in this house; and I'll take any excuse I can get to celebrate us, our partnership, and love for each other. Even though we annoy the s**t of one and other everyday! Love you forever 💕

Wilde-Holidays 2023 were a success with visits from families on both coasts, new and old friends alike. A packed two weeks; we were blessed to soak up all the love in our cozy home and enjoy the laughter around us. Here's to another year of growth, abundance, and love. Welcome to 2024. Happy New Year!

Huge milestone in the Wildeboer house that we are stoked to celebrate - here's to 500 more cancer free years! 🌟
My super strong bones confused the Dr.s and made this year's screening results weird by showing little white "spots" in my bone. But after a bone cancer scan, we officially know there is no cancer in my body and we are statistically "over the hump". Fear not, we will remain proactive and focused on health! Remember folks: if it hurts, get it checked. And, STRONG PEOPLE ARE HARDER TO KILL! 💪 GO BIRDS! 🦅
