The stingray and friends Utopia is getting closer and closer to having fish in it. Finally today it's not smelling like bleach anymore and smelling a little more fishy. Excited and happy to be making progress. Can't wait to see the rays swimming in it.

Definitely one of my favorite or really my favorite stingray. Have always loved her orange color. And yes it's real orange just like you see.

I love me variety. One type of ray would just not be enough for me.

About 5 years ago I purchased a cheaper air pump, even though it was large and overall a semi expensive unit I figured it would treat me well and a couple people said they worked good enough and hey I love to save some money. At the time I thought I was saving money and that more or less all air pumps were equal. Well sure enough that really was a bad thing and this said air pump died in 11 months after 2 rebuilds. Well warranty used I got a new one and that one then lasted me 13 months with one rebuild and then it started grinding it's self into power and sending it into the stingray system. What a joke and waste of good hard earned momey. Ever since then I have avoided air pumps and gotten away without using one for a long time. I always figured I would just use more water pumps as needed to keep water flowing and splashing. Well as time has passed and as things have evolved I decided it might be time to give air pumps one more chance. It's a sore spot for me and something that honestly almost killed all my fish which would have wrecked my life. So with all that hopefully in the past and after lots of research and understanding I purchased what I understand to be the best of the best in long life and everything else when it comes to air pumps. Hopefully my relationship with this pump will be amazing over 10-15 years. Honestly for the difference in price I really wish I would have purchased one of these all those many years ago. To the future of air.
