Remember it doesn't have to be complex or complicated. Just get to the gym and move. This workout should take about 30-40min depending on rest times and how quick you are to set up. If it takes longer that's fine. It is simply 4 exercises to hit a couple of major muscle groups. You can easily make one too. If you don't want to make one, you can use this.
