Dedicated to my grandparents. With the exception of Motivos for my mama ๐ŸŒธ thank you all so much for the support with this CD! It contains songs that have great meaning to me and it makes me so happy to share them with you guys.

My dad .01 is the talented percussionist and put together the backtracks.
Jacob is the guitarist for the English songs and mixed all the tracks.
Lastly Mario .go_86 played the Mexican Vihuela and is the singer on Motivos!

Yummy Peanut Noodle Bowl ๐Ÿฅฃ ๐Ÿฅœ ๐ŸŒถ

You simmer two garlic cloves, avocado oil, crushed red pepper, sesame seeds and ginger together then you add cayenne pepper, three tablespoons of peanut butter, two tablespoons of soy sauce and two tablespoons of sriracha. If the sauce is too thick add water. Once your noodles are cooked mix together!
Top with your choice of protein, crushed peanuts, cilantro, sesame seeds and more sriracha if you like the heat ๐Ÿ”ฅ

I love you berry much salad ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿซ

I have a spring mix topped with honey goat cheese, walnuts, raspberries and blackberries! So yummy when drizzled with balsamic vinegar!
