Back to School… but make it latex-free! ✏️📚🎈

USAA asked us to create a fun Back-to-School setup for their Finance 2026 meeting, with one important requirement: their facility is completely latex-free.

That means no traditional latex balloon garlands that we have grown to recognize and love! Instead, we used 100% foil balloons in different shapes, sizes and finishes to create the fullness and dimension of an organic balloon garland, then paired them with school themed props to bring the theme together.

Latex-free doesn’t have to mean boring!

✨ ROOM REVEAL — DAY 3: NEW YEAR’S EVE 2027 🥂

This room was all about glam, sparkle and celebration! 🖤✨ Black, gold and silver filled the space—from the oversized starbursts and champagne-inspired designs to the incredible tunnel made entirely of balloons.

🌊 DAY 2 ROOM REVEAL: UNDER THE SEA! 🐙🫧

This room took us straight under the sea! From the giant octopus and shark to the ocean walls, seaweed, bubbles and colorful fish, the details were incredible.

Guild Con was such a great reminder of how far balloon design can go beyond a traditional arch or garland. 🎈

And while this is a full immersive room, we can take inspiration from individual elements and scale them to fit your event and your budget.

Over the next four days, we’re sharing the four incredible rooms created at Guild Con — each by a different team of balloon artists!

First up: Up & Away! ☁️🎈

From giant hot-air balloons and dreamy clouds to an entire balloon garden and oversized tree, there was so much creativity packed into this room!

The best part? You don’t need a full room transformation to make a big impact. We can recreate individual elements or combine a few favorites to fit your event, space and budget.

🌿🎈 Into the Jungle at Guild Con! 🐒🦒

This incredible jungle-themed room was created by our team, and it was such a fun opportunity to push our creativity and balloon skills!

From towering giraffe sculptures and a larger-than-life lion to monkeys climbing through the trees, and layers upon layers of vines, foliage, and even jungle sounds to complete the experience.

One of the best parts of Guild Con is getting to work alongside other talented balloon professionals, sharing techniques and learning from each other while creating something completely over the top.
