We challenged our girls to dive right in to coach pitch! A little nervous they stepped up to the plate and tried something new. Coach’s even kept them guessing on positions by moving them around all month long. They ended July undefeated 💪 way to go girls!

Happy Birthday to our Queen Bee Ellany! Your sweet and calm demeanor brings the perfect balance to our team. Occasionally your team will bring out the silly side with some dug out chants. Since joining the team you’ve become a big sister and you’re simply a natural.
This season you showed off your speed on the bases and your strength with some power hits. We can’t wait to watch you grow in coach pitch and as a big sister. Wishing you the BEST Birthday!!

Part 2

MVPs for the days
Thursday- Ariel Jimenez. She is always ready to do her job, backing up 1 and ready to throw it. She gets in front of the ball, uses her body to block and does not complain about where she is put.
Friday- Brielle Fernandez. Her athletic abilities on the field is something you dont wanna mess with. Shes a no fly zone and ground ball stopper! She make many double plays.
Saturday- Amiyah Benavente. She stretches to get all the outs at 1 and is aware of where the next play need to be. She's is also a no fly zone when moved to 2nd.
Queen Bees well done this week!

Queen Bees 2K19 went to McAllen to compete in the Pony International World Series!
We started Wednesday with opening ceremonies, the girls got to trade pins with different team from all around the world. They walked in the parade that announced the names of all teams that were competing.
Thursday started pool play. The first game was against RXX Express 19- Mexico. The girls came out hott ready to play. Hitting and fielding was on point. They got their W of the day!
The afternoon the queens played against Austin Stars. Hits were going, fielding was great bit girls got gassed out. The girls battled it out to the end but ended taming their first Loss.
Friday morning brought a challenge against Beast Mode. The girls fought their best but the just couldn't get the bats going and fileding was a little off. They took their another loss.
Friday afternoon started bracket! RXX Cardenales-Mexico. It was a good game but a tough loss for thw girls.
Saturday RXII Kino-Mexico the girls came oit the gates firing and hitting catching everything that went their way. The Bees won!
Afternoon, again the girls faced the Austin Stars. The girls came out fired up, hitting, running through, fielding everything was going great. Game was tied for a while and back and forth hitting catching the girls dig with everthing they had and the girls took a W this time around!
The same night brought us to face RIII Villahermosa-Mexico this game was long! Tied up getting ahead falling behind, catching back up ened in a tie!! 10-10 they went into an extra inning! They played 7 innings, 2 hours these 6&7 year old girls played but lost by 1.
All in all the Queen Bees left it all on the field.
There were many emotions, many tears shed but our coaches reassured these little ladies that they did their best job and gave it 100% and that is all we ask for!

The day finally came and we showered our girls with gifts after an 8u win. Internationals here we come!! Our little bees would like to thank all the parents that stayed up late crafting, gluing, and hitting the buy now button 5+times 😆. The girls felt the love and with that we send them off. Safe travels little 🐝.

Our Queen Bees 2K19 came to compete this weekend in the Bullies tournament at Southwest Pony, they won the 🏆 CHAMPIONSHIP and got some new hardware!

These little queens battled all day, they pushed hard and went undefeated, they earned the #1 seed. Every single girl went on the field and did her job, pop fly catches, throwing the ball to get outs, getting a couple pickle situations and their bats were on fire! All the work they have been putting in at practice is looking great on the diamond.

As we get closer to International World Series in McAllen, we will keep working hard to get the best possible outcome we can! Keep buzzing 🐝 on the field girls, we see you!!
