This is a test. Can you see it? Page has been restricted without a reason given for 2 weeks.

Has this happened to you too?

It's odd that switching to a whole foods way of eating gets so many people worried about you when eating ultra-processed crap doesn't.

Don't worry about them. You are responsible for your health and weight-loss.

Ok, I admit the pic isn't good. But, it's the content of the pic that's concerning. The US Government's SNAP program promotes these cookies as healthy, nutritious food. They're not.

Government nutrition guidance is disastrous. Following it is not in your best interest. Step away from the cookies!

Uh, if this is your breakfast you're doing it wrong. This is a huge sugar bomb that's going to create big blood sugar and insulin spikes, and likely make you hungry sooner. It's certainly not something that anyone wanting to lose weight and improve their health should want to eat.

If you're going to eat breakfast in the morning, focus on proteins like eggs, bacon, sausage, steak, or even high protein unsweetened Greek yogurt. You'll have less blood sugar and insulin spiking and you'll feel less hungry later.

4g protein (less than 1 egg)

HAPPY INTERNATIONAL BACON DAY!

Bacon is a delicious and nutritious part of a healthy low carb/keto diet!

Bacon is a good source of protein with around 12g per serving. Bacon also has B Vitamins including B1, B2, B3, B6, and B12. Bacon is also a good source of minerals like potassium, selenium and phosphorus.

Bacon is also a good source of the heart-healthy, monounsaturated fat Oleic Acid...just like you find in Olive oil.

Eat some Bacon, it's yummy!

Yes, obesity was an epidemic when made the first post and it's worse now than it was then. I used to be part of it.

Fitness is not (shouldn't be) a left/right issue. Better fitness benefits society as a whole much like better education benefits society as a whole. Help out, get fit!

Excess carbohydrates (and plant-based fats) are associated with a rise in non-communicable diseases including obesity, diabetes, hypertension, PCOS and even Alzheimer's.

If you want to lose weight and improve your health, a low carb or keto diet composed of whole foods can be very a delicious and nutritious way to reach your goals.

From Frontiers In Nutrition:

"Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) rose over the twentieth century in parallel with increased consumption of processed foods, including sugar, refined flour and rice, and vegetable oils."
