CONSISTENCY OVER PERFECTION
Yall know I preach this, but it’s the truth. A lot of people get caught up in the pursuit of perfection, so much so they forget that C is better than an F…
What I mean by that is this. Let’s say you’re hitting every workout, every meal, every controllable perfectly… then something throws a wrench in it, sickness, family issues, etc.
Would you just skip? Would you settle for 0 because it wasn’t perfection? When you’re trying to become the greatest at something or the greatest version of yourself that answer needs to be NO.

🧪 Christmas and Caffeine 🧪
This year has been one of the most mentally challenging to this point, but we’re still here, still waking up every day (with the help of ) and still chasing our dreams.
Bulk is officially at the point that I feel huge (in a good way) and also huge (in a bad way). What an odd feeling.
Goal remains the same: Bring up weaknesses and become undeniable.
No set stage date but I would like to say we won’t see the stage till late 2026, I just need tissue.
(Yes I edited the exposure, structure and definition on these so I don’t have what I see 🥲😂)

🌊 LIFE / BODYBUILDING UPDATES 🌊
The goal of this post is to be transparent about my offseason, goals and current updates.
OFFSEASON:
It’s been almost 17 weeks post show so it’s been a hot minute but I wanted to shed some light here. Currently I’m weighing in at 229-230lbs fasted, goal is to stay here or within 5ish lbs while still adding size. This way preps easier and not as long. I wanted to shoutout my coach for calling me on my 💩. During the first I’d say 10 weeks I was 100 percent on the game, doing all my cardio, finishing workouts etc.
During the last 6 weeks or so progressively I had gotten lazy. Slowly started skipping cardio, shortening workouts etc. Last week Coach called me on my s**t and with the last weekend it lit a fire under my ass. I’m back locked in 100percent, bought a treadmill at home, changed my workout schedule and we back lol.
LIFE: Finally got a good job, no longer surviving on the bare minimums. About to make some really interesting upgrades to mine and my wife’s lives but that’s gonna stay secret till it’s done.
