Simplicity is goal!
Its not an overnight transformation....
Its learning to understand the process and enjoying the changes week by week and month by month....

You cant just drop calories overnight or start working out hours a day....
You always need room to make changes for the body to make continual progress.....
Plateaus will come....
You will feel like nothing is happening....
