Check in day before I start week 3 of the slim thick program. Next week I add cardio 5-15min of cardio min 3 days a week. Willing be sending out week 2 to everyone that’s on week 1 right now. Let’s keep tripling our sexy in the winter so we can be fine as wine by the summertime.

It’s been a while since I posted any pictures. Been dealing with issues of body shaming myself. Which is not only for ppl that’s overweight or out shape. I got my mojo back and it’s time to triple my sexy for my next competition in September. @ LA Fitness

My posing coach/ photographer (mando) put me through a good session today. He literally took about 50 photos until he thought it was the right shot lol. He really tough coach because he wants to pose every night before showering and don’t care if I’m tired lol.
