We had a fantastic workout today, plenty of laughs, and even a special surprise—a familiar visitor we hadn't seen in quite some time stopped by to say hello! It’s also so fun to see young faces from the next generation of artistic swimmers come cheer us on!
Days like today remind us that artistic swimming is about so much more than routines—it's about friendship, community, and sharing our passion with others. We can't wait for the next practice!

That can only mean one thing... synchronized swimming suit season is officially underway!
At the moment, it's just gold spandex, paper pattern pieces, and me questioning my life choices. Soon, though, these will be dazzling competition suits that will bring the theme to life.

One of the most exciting parts of creating a new artistic swimming routine is watching it evolve.
Choosing the music is just the beginning. As choreography starts to take shape, new ideas emerge, transitions change, and suddenly the music needs a little tweaking to better tell the story. It's all part of the creative process!
Sometimes, you even call in a professional for a fresh perspective or expert input to help bring the vision to life. Collaboration and creativity go hand in hand, and we can't wait to see where this routine takes us. Stay tuned… the best ideas are often the ones that evolve along the way! 🎶
